Meet The Team
-
As the owner of successful care and nursing homes for 17 years, Bill spent a lot of time working in the community and assessing people in need of care packages in Essex. He identified that many of the people he was speaking with would prefer to receive care in their own home, rather than moving into a care home.
Bill used this knowledge develop Palm2Palm Care in order to deliver this preference for people and greatly improved peoples’ outlook and their quality of life.
Under Bill’s leadership, Palm2Palm has safely grown to deliver high quality care to more than 120 people across three branches, with the support of his son Mus and a great team of colleagues.
Bill has recently moved to a role out of the spotlight and is focusing his attention on where the company goes next. We are really excited to share that Bill and the team are negotiating opportunities to open Home Care, Supported Living, Residential Care and Respite services with a range of new local authority areas, as well as those in which we already deliver services.
When he’s not leading the Palm2Palm development, Bill can often be found enjoying time in nature, fishing is a particularly fond pastime, although we can’t guarantee he’s as good at catching fish as he is at delivering great care.

Before joining Palm2Palm in 2018, Kara worked in the NHS from the age of 18! Her extensive experience as a Healthcare Assistant across multiple disciplines meant that she had the exact knowledge and skills needed to be a fantastic domiciliary carer. Kara’s journey with us has been filled with consistent development from a highly skilled carer to deputy manager and then taking up the mantle of being our Registered Manager for the branch.
Kara’s love for her work shines through in the care and support that she delivers to our service users and her colleagues. However, nobody will ever come close to being as important as Dolly, Kara’s favourite dog, who’s photo sits proudly on Kara’s desk! Don’t tell Reggie (the naughtier dog).
Following another successful promotion, Kara is leading the way as our Business Operations Lead. This role is pivotal in ensuring our current services remain at a consistent high-quality and that new services meet the expected our expected high standards.
You’ll find Kara in our Southend-On-Sea Office:

As an integral part of our family-owned business, Mus understands the need to run a business successfully and has supported colleagues and co-owners in developing a high-quality operation.
Mus is an effective and well-organised people manager, and this was first evidenced through his work as a care coordinator working out of our Southend-On-Sea office. Since then, he has successfully opened two new Palm2Palm offices in Enfield and Croydon, covering north and south London boroughs.
Mus’ is now one of our Company Directors and is leading us to deliver the highest standards throughout the company as well as strategically manging our safe expansion to deliver great care to more people.
Outside of work, Mus spends time playing and watching football. As a lifelong supporter of Arsenal, he understands the ups and downs of the sport but remains consistent in his admiration of the team! Don’t worry Spurs fans, we will still provide you our highest quality care, even if our teams don’t get on well on-pitch!
You'll normally find Mus in our Enfield office

Having recently joined Palm2Palm at the beginning of 2025, Tom brings a wealth of experience to his role as our Head of Operations and Service Development.
Tom’s professional roles before joining our company have been varied but always within the health and social care sector. Tom started in a day centre for adults with learning disabilities, before working in two schools with autistic children and young people. This is where he studied Autism Studies at the Tizard Centre which cemented his move back into adult social care. Tom moved from direct care roles to management roles and later joined a local authority as a commissioner of adult social care services.
Tom’s skills and experience are paramount to Palm2Palm’s growth in 2025 and in his role, he’ll be ensuring that our growth is well-planned and ensures long-term success for service users and colleagues across the company.
When he’s not being paid, Tom loves spending time with his two Romanian rescue dogs – Roger and Rocky – and occasionally even finds time for a nice meal out or some quality time with his husband.
